On June 17, the VI Annual Forum of RBC “Real Estate in Russia” was held. The event summed up the results of the first quarter, and also they talked about the development strategy of the construction industry, the prospects for the development of the residential and commercial real estate market in Moscow. They discussed the main trends in the development of the real estate market in 2021, the results of the first half of the year for the industry, the problems of the residential construction sector and ways to solve them. Also, during the special session on commercial real estate, experts assessed the prospects for working with undervalued assets and the advantages of such investments. The forum was attended by government representatives, key market players, developers, banking sector specialists and experts, as well as representatives of business and industry media.
