R2 Asset Management Took Part in Arendator Awards 2020. The event was held for the first time and brought together the leading players of the commercial real estate market in Moscow and regions. The brightest projects of this market segment competed in 18 categories. According to the jury, the best aparthotel was YE’s Marata of Pioneer group, the best industrial project was PERERVA Technopark of KR Properties, and Avenue Page was recognized the winner in the Best Working Space (Coworking) category.
According to Inna Safargali, Head of Lease at R2 Asset Management, these business lines have great prospects, especially in the post-crisis market, where all participants are trying to optimize costs. “All over the world, there are growing trends to reduce business costs, shift to more intimate office space formats, optimize storage and logistics in both the B2B and B2C segments. As we can see, developers are quick to respond to changes in demand and launch projects that meet the market needs.”
One of the most dynamically developing line of business in commercial real estate today is the co-working format. The dynamics for the emergence of new centers and the expansion of the existing ones indicate that in the next few years, the demand for this format will be growing.
